A poem about present moment living...perhaps.

I didn't write this with this week's wellness law in mind. It's just what is on my mind and after reading it back to myself, it made me think of this week's law. Either way, it's what is going on in my world, this moment.

We Are Not Undone

We are the brave
With the sun on our faces
Dangerously hopeful
And hopelessly alive.

Strange mysteries occur
And we stand tall and free
Breathing in deep
We reach and we strive.

We make our way
Terribly hopeful
And hopefully awake
Eyes up to the sun.

Seasons come and always go
We wrap ourselves in change
Moving, then pausing
To feel we are not undone.
