It makes me think of ...</title><content type='html'>I like the word &amp;quot;hardiness.&amp;quot; It makes me think of gardening ... when you harden new plants before you plant them outside so that they&amp;#39;ll be ready for the real world.  To me it means that stress is inevitable (which it is), and the goal is not to avoid it, but to develop strategies that make us more resilient to it.
